Five steps, no ceremony.
A conversation, a brief, a sample, an order. We deliver to the United Kingdom and Europe.
From a first call to a first order.
Talk to us
Tell us the shoe, roughly what it should cost and roughly when you need it. By the end of the call we will have said whether we are the right factory. Sometimes we are not.
Send what you have
A specification, a sketch, or best of all a shoe you already sell. We will take it apart and rebuild the pattern rather than guessing from a description.
We come back with a price
Broken down so you can see what you are paying for, not a single number you cannot question.
Sampling
A pair built on the real last with the real materials, photographed and sent to you. We change it until it is right.
Production
You get a schedule with dates on it and a named person for each stage.
You own what you pay for.
We charge for samples, and we credit it back against your first order. Free sampling fills a development room with work nobody intends to buy and slows down the brands who are serious.
Tooling belongs to you from the moment it is paid for. We keep it here, look after it, and use it for nobody else. If you leave, it goes with you.
We ship to the United Kingdom and Europe, by sea or by air.
Two ways, your choice.
By sea
The usual route for a production run, and the reason being on the shipping lane to Europe matters.
By air
For a launch, a replacement or anything a date depends on. Priced when we quote, never as a surprise.
To your door
We can take it all the way to your warehouse and handle the paperwork, or hand it over at the port if you would rather use your own freight company.
In Djibouti, or in Europe.
Buyers are welcome at the factory — both plants and the workshop fit into a single visit, and we would rather you saw it than took our word for it.
We also exhibit at the main European footwear fairs, and our European team travels to buyers. Ask and we will come to you.
Tell us what you are trying to make.
One line about the shoe is enough to start.
