The line
Moulded footwear hides nothing.
There is no stitching to cover a fault and no lining to absorb a tolerance. If the mould is tired or the compound is off, every pair in the run shows it.
So this line gets the tightest control we have. Moulds are checked on a cycle count, compounds are tested before injection, and the first pair after every mould change is signed off before the line runs.

Footbed sandals
Contoured footbeds with buckled or riveted straps in leather, synthetic or webbing.
Indoor slippers
Closed and open-back, in felted wool, boa, jersey and knit, on soft moulded soles.
Moulded clogs
Single-piece injected EVA in a full colour run. Light, washable and hard-wearing.
Colour
Matched in the compound, not sprayed on afterwards.
Materials
We mix our own.
Hardness, density and colour are decided per programme rather than picked from whatever a supplier happens to have. A repeat order two seasons later matches the original because the recipe is on file.
Recycled content is available on most constructions without losing the bounce.
