What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
Lab Multi is responsible for the personal data collected through labmulti.com. You can reach us at info@labmulti.com or through the request a quote form.
What we collect
When you send the request a quote form, we receive:
- your name and email address (required);
- your company and an approximate quantity, if you fill them in;
- the product line you choose and your message.
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We do not ask for phone numbers, and the site has no account, newsletter or chat.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you want, to prepare a quote and a sample. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not add enquiries to marketing lists and we do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry as long as we need it to handle it. If it does not lead to an order, we delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact. If it leads to an order, the details become part of that business relationship.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores the form submissions on our behalf.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, photographs from Unsplash and the homepage film from Mixkit. When a page loads, your browser connects to these services, which see your IP address.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, it is covered by the safeguards the provider offers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it.
Write to info@labmulti.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date below the heading.
